about the photographer
I fell into interior photography at art school in 2011, when I saw a job advertisement to be a photographer for Airbnb. I was always the one noticing how light hit a room, how a well-chosen object changed everything, why some spaces just felt right and others didn't, and the job was the perfect fit at the time (and for the following 7 years!).
My approach is editorial. That means natural light, patience, and a lot of attention to the small stuff like textures, or the way a room tells a story when you slow down and look. I'm not here to make spaces look bigger or brighter than they are. I'm here to show what's actually beautiful about them.
Most of my clients are interior designers who need portfolio images that match the quality of their work, but I also work with architects, vacation rental owners who've invested in design, and homeowners who just want their space documented properly. If you've spent time making a space beautiful, I think it deserves to be photographed that way.
I'm based in Colorado Springs and typically work within about 25 miles, including Monument, Woodland Park, Black Forest, Manitou Springs, and the surrounding areas. For the right project, I'm happy to travel further.
